The location is attractive for the building’s user – on the border of Mustamäe, Kristiine and the City Centre; public transport (bus and trolleybus) located within a few hundred metres – Tedre stop for the city-bound 400 m away (buses 24 and 72, and trolleybuses 3 and 4) and a Tedre stop for the Mustamäe-bound 25 m away (buses 24 and 72, and trolleybuses 3 and 4). Within walking distance, about 750 m, is one of the most modern and largest shopping and entertainment centres in Estonia, the Kristiine Centre.

The interior of the new building was designed by the Pulo team – both the common areas and the commercial spaces. All surfaces will be finished according to the tips of designers Liis Tippel and Katrin Girin. The designers developed three interior design packages, two of which are included in the price and one for an additional fee. The interior design solutions are practical on the one hand, and distinctive enough on the other.
